All the products listed on this website are designed and hand made by Siobhain at Siobhain Steele Ceramics studio, Co Cork, Ireland. As the work is handmade there may be slight variations.

Payment

All recognised Visa debit and credit cards are accepted via Pay Pal and Stripe

We also accept payment by bank transfer

Your order, Shipping, Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-7 days with An Post. 

As soon as your order is on the way to you we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. 

Please make sure to give us a valid email address and telephone number when you order – if there are any issues that could affect your delivery, we'll need to be able to get in contact with you quickly. We pay special attention to the packaging of all our orders using high quality Eco packaging to ensure that they arrive safely to all our customers. We also offer complimentary eco gift wrap and a handwritten note at checkout at your request.

Postage for deliveries is calculated at the checkout October 2021 Rates.

Ireland including Northern Ireland delivered by An Post €6.50

Europe, Australia, Canada and USA and UK €22

As of January 1st 2021, Brexit will change the way parcels enter the UK. Customers in the UK will need to pay additional handling fees on our parcels when they receive them. These costs are being determined by UK customs at the border, meaning they are out of our control and Siobhain Steele Ceramics is not responsible for any importation charges or government fees that may be applied

Refund/Return policy

We pay special attention to the packaging of all our orders using high quality Eco packaging to ensure that they arrive safely to all our customers. If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately within 48 hours with a photograph of the damaged goods and a replacement item will be sent. siobhainsteele@gmail.com

No refund on bespoke orders once the order has been produced as they are handmade specially for you

Cancellation

The order may be cancelled before the order has been dispatched. If it has already been dispatched then if you return the item to us in the condition it arrived we will issue a refund for the item excluding return delivery costs.

Privacy

Your information will be used for the sole purpose of processing your order and informing you of any new products and special offers.

Your details will not be shared or used for any other purpose.
