Your Order, Shipping, Delivery

Your gifts gifts are wrapped with great care, making sure that they arrive safely anywhere in the world. We offer complimentary eco gift wrap and handwritten note at checkout at your request

Orders are dispatched by An post within 3-7 days, please allow extra time during busy holiday periods. As soon as your order is on the way you will recieve a confirmation email with tracking number. Please make sure to give us a valid email address and telephone number when you order.

Postage for deliveries is calculated at the checkout - October 2023 Rates.

Ireland including Northern Ireland delivered by An Post €6.50

Europe, Australia, Canada and USA and UK €22

As of January 1st 2021, Brexit will change the way parcels enter the UK. Customers in the UK will need to pay additional handling fees on our parcels when they receive them. These costs are being determined by UK customs at the border, meaning they are out of our control and Siobhain Steele Ceramics is not responsible for any importation charges or government fees that may be applied.
